Prerequisites 

Three MCPD certification paths build on Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) pre-requisites.

Each MCPD certification on Visual Studio 2008 requires that you pass between three and six exams, in addition to achieving the corresponding pre-requisite MCTS:

MCPD: Windows Developer 3.5   Exam 70-563

MCPD: ASP.NET Developer 3.5  Exam 70-564

MCPD: Enterprise Application Developer 3.5  Exam 70-565 (available soon)

Recommended Training

 You should have at least two to three years of experience using MCTS.
